Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All our products are clearly labeled on their individual listings as either "In Stock" or "Pre-Order."
For pre-order items, we provide an estimated arrival date on the product page. Please note that this date reflects when the stock is expected to arrive at our warehouse, not the delivery date to your address.
Once the pre-ordered stock arrives, we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, and delivery typically takes 3-7 days from that point. Some of the items may be deliver up to 10days.
Returns
The price of our products doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We advise that a secure/tracked service is used to ensure all returned items arrive back to us, within 28 days of receiving the product, in a resalable condition. Once we receive your returned order we will inspect all goods and any refunds due will be processed within 14 days.
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. Any items that are used or returned outside the 28 day window will not be refunded, unless the return has been approved by a member of our customer service team.
Elite Home Furniture reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.
